RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the limited nature of LUREA collections, all sales are considered final and refunds are not offered.
Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Items may be tried on for fit but must be returned unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached and free from any marks, damage, or signs of wear.
Refunds to the original form of payment are not provided. Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital LUREA gift card once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Exceptions may be considered only in the event that a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier. In these cases, store credit will be issued once verification from the carrier is received.
Returns or refunds will not be issued for incorrect sizing, change of mind, shipping delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or normal wear and tear.
