All LUREA garments are made and prepared with care. Please allow approximately 7 business days from the date your order is placed for processing before it ships.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. LUREA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. LUREA is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit and verified by the shipping carrier, LUREA will review the claim. If it is proven that the package did not arrive to the client, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
